CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, Late Arrival & Artist Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward the total service price. Client Cancellations & No-Shows Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled and will be treated as a no-show. Artist Cancellations or Delays In the rare event that the artist must cancel an appointment, all payments including the deposit will be fully refunded, or the client may choose to reschedule at no additional cost. If the artist is running more than 15 minutes late, the client will be notified as soon as possible. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the client may choose to: • Continue with the appointment (time permitting), or • Reschedule with priority booking, or • Receive a full refund of all payments made. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
